1、graduate：/ˈɡrædʒueɪt/，graduate的意思是"毕业生。"在美式英语中可指任何学校的毕业生，在英式英语中只指大学毕业生，尤指学士学位获得者，这是需要注意的。

2，undergraduate: /ˌʌndərˈɡrædʒuət/，如果graduate是大学毕业生，加了个"under",那就是还没有毕业的呗，当然就是"本科生"啦。

3，postgraduate:/ ˌpoʊstˈɡrædʒuət/, 按照上面的逻辑，"post"是在…之后的意思，在大学毕业之后继续念书的不就是"研究生"了吗？

我们都知道，语言的形成是生活的反映，所以在词语形成时肯定是会遵循一定的逻辑的，找到这种逻辑就容易搞清楚词语间的关系，那么记单词的效率也就自然提高了。但是这种理解词语间逻辑的能力只有积累到一定程度才会形成，所谓量变达到质变，不积跬步无以至千里。

1.take in

①吸收

Trees take in carbon dioxide and give out oxygen.树木吸收二氧化碳并释放出氧气。（外研版第三册）

②理解

3.take on

①承担（责任）

②呈现

③雇用

4.take over

①接管，接收，接替

Following his late father’s will, he took over all businesses.按照他已故父亲的遗嘱，他接管了所有的生意。

②占上风
